Home sales in the Canary Islands grew by 27.3% in 2021 compared to 2020

Home purchases in the Canary Islands closed 2021 with 21,695 operations, 27.3% more than in 2020, according to data published this Monday by the College of Registrars.

According to the same data, 4,890 were new homes, which experienced a year-on-year increase in operations of 40%, and 16,805 were used homes, which grew by 24.1%.
