Albatros is a very attractive project whose sale is well ahead of the projected start of work. This work already has a license, however, it will possibly begin towards the end of this year. There are currently 5 villas available, all with 3 bedrooms and two floors. All the villas that are available at this time are located on the second terrace of the plot, completely inserted into the Salobre Golf Course, surrounded by nature and facing southwest, so that they will enjoy the sun both during the morning and all afternoon (summer and winter).
At this time, the villas are being reserved with the delivery of €5,000 + IGIC, and with the signing of the corresponding reservation contract.
The next installment will take place at the start of the works and will be €95,000 + IGIC.
The following deliveries are yet to be determined, but it will probably consist of monthly transfers with an amount between €2,000 - €4,000 per month.
